Christian Santiago Sanchez is a 2013 C/ with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Yabucoa, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Strong looking build, physically mature. Moves well behind the plate, gets rid of the ball quickly, good transfer, transfers his weight very well, flashes good present arm, should continue to improve as a receiver. Right-handed hitter, has a lot of movement at the plate, line drive swing path, looking to pull the ball, sound swing mechanics. Line drive type swing, makes consistent hard contact, needs to stay short to the ball. Good student.
