Milton Rivera is a 2014 2B/SS with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Humacao, PR who attends International Baseball Academy. Young live athletic build. 6.53 runner, quick twitch athlete. Right handed hitter, high hand start from a spread stance, quick short hands to the ball, could use lower half more in generating bat speed, loose swing with good extension out front, shows some power to right centerfield, tools to improve with additional strength. Active quick feet defensively, has some flash to his hands and actions, good arm strength for second base, can improve his accuracy. Has the tools to continue to improve. Good student. Named to the Caribbean Showcase Top Prospect team.
