Brady Mayo is a 2014 OF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Sioux City, IA who attends Bishop Heelan Catholic HS. Medium frame, lean build with room to get stronger. Has smooth casual actions in the OF, solid footwork, good direction. Release could be quicker. Arm improved during the round, throws were accurate. Good instincts and good routes. Has speed to play all three OF positions, ran a 6.87 60 yard dash. Right handed hitter with a minimal load, short simple swing approach, looks to stay in the middle of the field, present bat speed, gap to gap pop. Has the ability to handle velo. Outstanding in the classroom.
