Tyler Carter is a 2008 RHP with a 6'6'', 180 lb. frame from Iowa City, IA who attends Iowa City West HS. Tall projectable build, wide frame, long torso. On line delivery, drifts, loose arm, mid 3/4's release, tends to throw uphill. FB touches 85 mph, good downer spin on CB when on top, often underneath SL. Talent is there with some adjustments, needs to use height.
