Steven Perez is a 2013 OF/ with a 6-1 168 lb. frame from Arecibo, PR who attends Colegio laico san pablo. Long, athletic build, still has a lot of room to fill out and add strength. Ran a 6.92 60 yard. Works underneath his throws from the outfield, can improved with mechanical adjustments, flashes some arm strength, finishes upright. Right-handed hitter, pull side approach, shows power potential. Hits from slightly open stance, big lift in his wide, has a tendency to pull his front shoulder, aggressive hitter with some offensive upside. Excellent student.
