Blaise Brown is a 2014 SS/OF with a 6-0 210 lb. frame from New Orleans, LA who attends St Augustine. Has a projectable frame with a strong athletic build. Good footwork which helps him with his lateral agility, gets in front of the ball and makes accurate throws. Has a smooth load at the plate with a slightly open stance, sound approach with good plate discipline. Has quick hands with good bat speed, a line drive swing plane with good extension, hits the ball to all fields, and makes solid contact at the plate. Has good makeup and is a very good student.
