Michael Gonzalez is a 2015 RHP with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Gulliver Schools. Large, athletic frame with long limbs and a projectable build. Right handed pitcher who throws from a three-quarter arm slot. Fast, loose, and easy arm action, arm works well. Sound mechanics, steady tempo and balance throughout, is able to generate downhill plane, shows some pitchability on the mound. Keeps fastball low in the zone, works in the mid 80's, topping at 87 mph with arm side run. Curveball shows 10-4 shape with late bite, strong feel for changeup at 76 mph with fading life. Three pitch mix for strikes. Good student. Named to National Underclass Session 3 Top Prospect Team.
