Louis Pugliese is a 2014 RHP/3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Coral Springs, FL who attends Nova HS. Medium frame with a strong athletic build. Has present strength. On the mound he throws from a low 3/4 arm slot. His delivery is compact and balanced. Had no problems repeating his mechanics. He has a high leg kick and good extension on his release. His FB topped out at 82 mph and had nice arm side run. CB has 10-4 break with good depth, also showed a good feel for it. A right handed hitter, he showed good bat speed and a simple compact stroke. Looks to keep the ball in the middle of the field and made solid contact. On the IF he has good feet and a strong arm. Made accurate throws and does a nice job of getting himself into position to throw. Good student.
