Tyler Hayden is a 2013 OF/1B with a 6-4 205 lb. frame from Oviedo, FL who attends Oviedo HS. XL frame with long limbs and present strength. As an outfielder, short arm action, fields the ball to the side, good fielding actions, good arm strength, throws easy, online carry, good footwork. Right handed hitter, tall stance, high leg kick trigger, long swing with good extension. Line drive swing plane, swings hard, ball jumps off bat, showed power with a homerun in batting practice, power potential. Excellent Student.
