Suarez is a 6-0 left handed pitcher from the Houston area. He has a very unconventional arm action that provides some deception to the hitters but is also very difficult to repeat, which leads to command problems. Suarez’s fastball was 67-70 mph and he also threw a 59-61 mph curveball and a 56 mph change up. The breaking ball is his out pitch.
