Brock Love is a 2015 RHP with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Rainbow City, AL who attends Southside HS. Lean athletic build on a large frame, lots of physical projection. Long arm action, 3/4's arm slot, arm is smooth and loose coming through. Fastball topped out at 91 mph, good arm side run at times, projects to add velocity as he gets stronger. Good curveball spin and power, big sweeping break, can get on top of curveball more consistently. Very good arm speed on change up at times, potential quality pitch. Lots of room with improve with additional strength and a more consistent release point on his off speed pitches. Good student, verbal commitment to Alabama.
