Hector Vazquez is a 2016 C/3B, 1B with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Felix Varela Senior. Large sturdy frame, thick strong catcher's build. Aggressive hitter with a long stride, good bat speed, raw power, big momentum utilization in swing, hands work well, homered in batting practice and showed an aggressive approach to live at-bats as well. Strong arm behind the plate, online throwing motion, medium length arm action. Good student. Named to the Southeast Underclass Showcase Top Prospect Team.
