Evans Bozeman is a 2015 1B/RHP with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Pensacola, FL who attends Pensacola Catholic HS. Big athletic build, very strong especially in the lower half. Right handed hitter, gets loaded over his back side well, uses his lower half to generate torque, front foot occasionally late coming down, long whippy swing with bat speed and leverage when everything on time, big power potential, middle of the order run producer profile. 7.34 runner, moves well at first base defensively, very good arm strength from a quick compact release, charged the ball well, would be interesting to see if he could play third base. Has been up to 90 mph on the mound before but didn't pitch this event. Good student.
