C.J. Tatum is a 2014 OF/ with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from LaGrange, GA who attends Troup County. Has a medium compact athletic solid build with a good frame. Has a good first step in the outfield which allows him to cover ground, has a long arm action with footwork, throws from a lower arm slot and will add more velocity by getting on top of the ball. Has a slightly open stance at the plate with a sound confident approach making consistent contact at the plate. Has a level swing while making line drive contact, has good bat speed and hits the ball to all fields. Is a very good student.
