Griffin Bernardo is a 2017 3B/MIF with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Longwood, FL who attends Lake Brantley HS. Strong and thick athletic build. Right handed hitter, line drive swing plane with lots of bat speed and strength at contact, full swing, will pull off his front side at times, ball jumps off the barrel hard when he's on time, gap to gap power. 6.98 runner, moves well side to side on defense, fields the ball cleanly with good hands out front and shows balance charging the ball, playable raw arm strength across the diamond. Good student, verbal commitment to Clemson.
