Ryan Feltner is a 2015 RHP/1B with a 6-3 173 lb. frame from Hudson, OH who attends Walsh Jesuit HS. High waisted slender young build, long limbs, good physical projection. Stiff high leg lift delivery, long arm action, shows ball in back, 3/4's release slot, some drift in delivery coming forward. Fastball topped at 85 mph, good arm side running action, can get fastball to glove side more consistently, challenges with fastball aggressively, ball comes out of hand easily. Tends to wrap curveball in back, 11/5 shape with occasional depth, rare change up, was around the zone with all his pitches. Has the tools to keep improving. Right handed hitter, long extended swing, has some leverage and raw power when swing is timed well, power approach. Good student.
