Collins Robinson is a 2015 OF/RHP/1B with a 6-0 157 lb. frame from Madison, AL who attends James Clemens HS. Lean and wiry athletic build, lots of room to fill out. 7.04 runner, moves to the ball well in the outfield, athletic actions, loose arm, throws have some carry, showed range in games, also plays first base well with good footwork. Left handed hitter, open stance, long pull oriented swing, has the beginnings of some bat speed, aggressive hitter, has power potential with additional strength. Also pitched, long extended arm action, 3/4's arm slot, loose and whippy out front. Fastball topped at 80 mph, move velocity in there, good spin and break on an upper 60's curveball, some 11/4 depth, has good feel and command of curveball. Projectable player. Good student. Named to the National Underclass Showcase Main Event Top Prospect Team.
