Turner Scruggs is a 2016 RHP/SS with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Suwanee, GA who attends Lambert HS. Shorter athletic build, very young look. Fast paced drop and drive delivery, some cross body on landing, compact quick arm action, works very quickly and aggressively. Steady 83-84 mph fastball, gets good life both running and cutting. Curveball is his out pitch, has good power and a very big two-plane break, hitters had little chance against the curveball and took most for strikes. Pounded the strike zone with both pitches and had very easy innings. Good student.
