Sean Trafford is a 2008 right handed pitcher/first baseman from Bethel HS in Bethel, Connecticut, with a big, thick 5'11"/190 pound frame. On the mound, Sean pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a drop and drive delivery. He has good command and keeps his 80 mph fastball down in the zone. He also throws a 10-4 breaking curveball at 68 mph. Trafford has good hands at first base and is a clean fielder. As a right handed hitter, he has a no stride approach at the plate. Sean has strength in his swing and power potential. Trafford is a solid student.
