Connor Lindaman is a 2016 1B/RHP with a 6-5 225 lb. frame from Davenport, IA who attends Assumption. Large frame, strong athletic build. Right handed hitter with an upright, slightly open stance and high back elbow/hand set. Shows rotational lower half actions to contact creating occasional shift. Extended swing plane with leverage through contact. Very strong hands while extending through the zone, producing plus back spin to each gap. Ball jumps off barrel with loud contact when squared. Shows present raw power that will play well at the next level. Worked out defensively from first base showing a loose arm action, topped at 81 mph. Quick, athletic feet while pivoting to second base and charding slow roller. Clean glove actions while funneling baseball out front. Smooth footwork around first base while setting up to receive with develop range while coming of the bag. Good student as well. Committed to the University of Iowa.
