Connor Heffron is a 2016 OF/LHP with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Reagan. Medium, athletic build with a lean, projectable room and some room to fill out. Excellent runner, posted a 6.65 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, takes short steps to the ball and shows a nice first step, quick arm and gets on top of throws from a short arm action, fields out front, accurate throws with carry, stays tall at release. Right-handed hitter, starts with a wide base and a low hand set. Wrapped start, line drive swing, shows a nice feel for the barrel, gets it through the zone and to the ball. Has ability to hit to all fields with line drive contact, needs to stay taller on back side through swing and flashes strength in swing. Named to South Underclass Top Prospect List. Very good student.
