Cameron Hoeg is a 2017 RHP/SS with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Traer, IA who attends North Tama HS. Large athletic build, broad shoulders, very good strength for his age. Slow paced delivery, drop and drive mechanics with good hip rotation and drive, has some wrap and hook in back in his arm action. Fastball topped out at 79 mph, good arm side running action at times. Curveball is his best breaking ball, gets occasional deep 12/6 shape and break, also throws a short slider and a developing change up. Good student.
