Antonio Garcia is a 2019 RHP/ with a 5-5 120 lb. frame from Chula Vista, CA who attends Chula Vista. Garcia has a smaller frame with a young lean build. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a clean arm action. Garcia has a repeatable delivery and gets downhill well. He is a strike thrower who attacks hitters with his fastball. Garcia kept hitters off balance and threw 3 pitches for strikes. He threw an 11/5 curveball with good shape and spin to it. He also threw a change up sink to it. Garcia competed well and has pitchability. Defensively he has a low set up with clean catch and throw mechanics. He put throws on the bag and has clean transfers. At the plate, Garcia has a loose swing with a line drive path. He has solid hitting fundamentals with upside with growth and strength gains. Good student.
