Brandon Aponte is a solidly built 6'3/216 "05" RHP from Anaheim, CA. He has a deceptive delivery throwing out of a 3/4 slot with some apparent effort. The mechanics look kind of raw, but the results are very good. He threw 88 in Tropicana and it looks like he has more in him. He showed 3 good pitches with a good tight breaking ball and a nice change up. His arm works fairly good and he has outstanding command of all his pitches. He's definitely a highest level college pitcher with pro potential. Brandon is a good student too.
