Jared Berard is a 2016 SS/ with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Tacoma, WA who attends Bellarmine Preparatory HS. Berard has a young-lean frame with room to fill out. As an infielder he had young fielding actions with good fielding actions and online carry on his throws across the infield. Projects well as an infielder with added strength. Good energy in the infield and makes all the plays. As a right handed hitter he hit from an open stance with a toe tap trigger and a middle of the field approach. He had balance in his swing and can improve as a hitter with pitch recognition. Good Student.
