2014 Pitcher/Catcher Indoor Showcase
Jack Bredeson is a 2015 RHP with a 6-6 235 lb. frame from Sussex, WI who attends Arrowhead HS. Large well proportioned athletic build, very strong look. Side step/leg raise delivery, tends to bounce on his rear leg during delivery, stays on line but drifts out, compact arm action, hides the ball well, right high 3/4's arm slot, some effort at release. Mid 80's fastball, topped out at 87 mph, mostly straight, maintained velocity well and had better stuff out of the stretch. Showed flashes of hard curveball spin, especially at higher velocities, curveball tends to role at lower velocities, threw consistent strikes with curveball. Raw arm strength prospect with the potential to improve. Named to the Pitcher/Catcher Indoor Showcase Top Prospect Team.
