Adam Storch is a 2017 SS/2B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Diamond Ranch Academy. Storch has a medium sized frame with a lean athletic build. Defensively he showed good actions on the infield with solid footwork and athleticism. Storch has balanced actions and has quick transfers. He showed some arm strength up to 80 MPH across the infield with some carry and accuracy. He also worked out from the outfield and showed athletic actions with quick feet and arm strength up to 84 MPH. At the plate Storch starts with a slightly open stance with a spread base. He uses a leg lift trigger with a low hand set. He keeps his hands inside the baseball and showed some strength in his swing. He has a rotational swing with some bat speed and squared the baseball up well. He keeps the barrel in the zone well and he made consistent solid contact.
