Bradford Jones is a 2017 RHP/OF with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Osprey, FL who attends Venice HS. Medium square shouldered athletic build, middle infielder's build. High leg lift delivery, gets some drop and drive to the plate, compact arm action in back, stays on line well and gets over his front side, high 3/4's arm slot, repeats his delivery well. Steady upper 80's fastball, topped out at 90 mph, gets good extension and plane on his fastball, can work his fastball to both sides of the plate and works consistently down in the zone. Curveball has some power and shows good tight spin when he's on top of it, 11/5 shape with some depth. Change up has some late life and is a viable third pitch that can keep improving. Three-pitch starter with a strong arm and some feel for pitching. Good student, signed with Liberty.
