Ryan Amador is a 2015 2B/SS/RHP with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Edinburg, TX who attends South Texas Business Education/Technology Academy. Medium young athletic build, room to get stronger. 7.16 runner, has quick feet on defense in the middle of the field, shows balance and athleticism, good range and works through the ball, a/rm action and release can be inconsistent but has carry on his throws, athletic enough to make the difficult play. Right handed hitter, narrow stance with a deep pull back load, moves in contact and will jam himself at times with longer hand path, has some hand strength at contact, line drive swing plane, works mid field to opposition field. Also pitched, medium length arm action, 3/4's arm slot, stays on line and balanced well, some effort at release. Heavy sinking upper 70's fastball, sweeping soft curveball, throws strikes and competes. Goods tudent.
