Kris Cole is a 5'11" 215 pound 2006 right handed pitcher and catcher from Middletown High School in Middletown, California who has a thick strong durable catchers body. He showed a quick pop time to second with a 2.01 at 72 mph. Kris has good footwork and a clean release. He ran a 7.43 60 and saw some time on the mound showing an impressive 86 mph fastball. He tends to hold his hands high with an average base with not much rhythm but he has the strength to work through it and be successful. Cole has good compact bat speed and a good knowledge of the strike zone. He has high energy with a come to play attitude and should be a great asset to any club.
