Anthony “AJ” Hunerberg is a 2022 OF/2B, 3B, SS with a 6-1 198 lb. frame from Palm Beach Gardens, FL who attends Palm Beach Gardens. Recorded a 6.63 second 60 yard dash time, showcasing elite speed. Showed that the speed plays in game as well. Compact and sturdy build with present strength. Primary outfielder, fields it out front with short steps and segmented actions. Uphill throws from a three-quarters slot, accurate at 85 mph. Showed well in the infield with quick and twitchy actions. Accurate throws to the bag at 86 mph, fields out front and can adjust to the hop. Moved well up middle, can play on the move. Some strength to the lower half, clean round overall. Right-handed hitter with an even stance and deep hand set. Small leg lift, uses the back leg well to engage the ground. Hands are quick and strong, looks to extend and pull. Direct swing path, ball comes off the barrel hard. Great student. Named to the 2020 National Underclass Showcase- Main Event Top Prospect List.
