Carson Walljasper is a 2015 RHP/MIF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Ankeny, IA who attends Ankeny HS. Slender young pitcher's build, lots of room to get stronger. Long arm action with a deep wrist wrap/stab in back, high 3/4's arm slot coming through, gets turned well in his delivery and works downhill. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, mostly straight, throws to both sides of the plate and looks to spot his fastball. Soft curveball with occasional 11/5 depth. Should continue to improve as he gets stronger. Good student.
