Cooper Schneider is a 2022 OF/2B with a 5-11 178 lb. frame from Cleburne, TX who attends Cleburne. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout. Posted a 6.89 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, fields the ball out front, active footwork and comes through the ball, shows feel for actions with confidence and repeats, longer arm action through the back, shows accuracy to intended base with some carry. Righthanded hitter, begins with an upright stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate. Contact oriented approach, stays shorter to the ball and keeps hands inside, projects with additional extension out front. Gets to front side early at times, can work to all fields, high finish through contact, projects with added strength. Good student.
