Dalton Baker is a 2018 RHP with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Sebring, FL who attends Sebring HS. Lanky and projectable athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. 3/4's arm slot, creates good angle to the plate, hooked arm in back, good arm speed coming through. Upper 80's fastball, topped out at 89 mph, fastball is pretty straight with occasional arm side run, works mostly to the arm side with his fastball and will have to make adjustments to get to the glove side more often. Slurve type breaking ball with some sweeping action, has the right arm action and release to throw a slider in the future. Showed some feel for a change up. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Navy.
