Colin Robson is a 2023 OF/RHP, 2B with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Southlake, TX who attends Southlake Carroll. Ran a 6.63 60 yard dash. Solid run tool and absolutely flies on the base paths. Good instincts and picks his spots well. Projectable frame. On the mound, has loose arm action with a medium leg lift. Comes at hitters a bit crossfire which adds to the the deception from a lower slot. His fastball was up to 79 MPH with rising life and generated some swing and miss. Shows a solid slider at 66 MPH and tunnels well with the fastball. In the field, throws from a lower slot in the outfield. Good glove action. At the plate, smooth swing that stays compact. Fires the barrel at the ball well and has a closed stance. His highest exit velocity was 81 MPH. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
