Matthew Inlow is a 2017 C/RHP, 1B, 3B, OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Pascagoula, MS who attends Pascagoula. Has medium frame with athletic build. Defensively, behind the dish has solid arm reaching up to 77 MPH with developing accuracy. Receives the ball deep, high set, and tendency to stand up. In the infield, takes his time to break down, solid footwork and good actions. Tools played better when challenged in games. Also pitched, throws from 3/4 arm slot with simple side step delivery. Had an 11/5 spin on curveball with solid break. Arm had tendency to drag at times, also showed signs of cut on fastball. Ability to play all positions on the field. At the plate, right handed hitter with wide, open stance. Shows present strength in swing, with room to improve as he matures. Consistent line drive contact to all fields. Good Student.
