Miles Wilkins is a 2019 LHP/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Lawrenceville, GA who attends Collins Hill HS. Lean and slender athletic build, long arms and legs, projects well physically. Has an easy and fluid delivery on the mound, stays tall over the rubber and uses his lower half well, keeps his pace and repeats his mechanics, will vary the pace and his arm slot well without effect on his control. Upper 70's fastball, mostly straight with some sink and run low in the zone. Sweeping curveball with good spin and feel, will throw it any point in the count. Knows how to pitch and should continue to add velocity. Right handed hitter, has a short and aggressive swing, solid line drive contact to all fields with good raw bat speed. 6.96 runner, had good actions in the outfield with a loose arm. Also a few innings as a left handed throwing catcher, looked very comfortable receiving the ball and shift. Interesting athlete who is going to keep getting better as he gets stronger.
