Christopher Snopek is a 2020 SS/2B, OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Madison, MS who attends Madison-Ridgeland Academy. Large frame with a bulky build and strength present. Ran a 7.13 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary shortstop. Moves well to the baseball with fluid actions out front. Works around the baseball and maintains momentum and direction. Quick twitch movements into transitions creating carry out of the hand and staying accurate to the bag at 87 MPH. Righthanded hitter with an even stance and hands back through load. Utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing. Line drive plane through the zone working contact to the middle of the field to pull side. Swings with intent looking to create some lift. Excellent student as well. Named to the 2019 National Academic Showcase Top Prospect List.
