Houston Mullinix is a 2017 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Toccoa, GA who attends Stephens County HS. Mullinix has a young athletic build, room to fill out, hits from a slightly open stance with a high back elbow. Aggressive swing and flashed hard pull contact. Short to ball with some lift, makes consistent good contact with occasional hard contact. Defensively, hands work well, strong arm with carry, throws from all angles. Also pitches. Over the top slot from a short arm action in back. Arm works well and does good job repeating delivery. Outstanding Student.
