Mason Donohoe is a 2018 OF/LHP, 1B with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Round Rock, TX who attends Cedar Ridge. Medium build, athletic frame with present strength and broad shoulders. Ran a 7.07 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, attacks the baseball with a good first step, quick release carrying weight and momentum behind throws. Also took reps at first base, fluid actions to the ball, good hands, throws with intent and would like to see both feet set on throws, arm strength with accuracy. Also pitched, short rocker step to a leg lift slightly above the belt, short and tight arm action to a high 3/4 arm slot, lands slightly open, mixed in a curveball with depth, showed good feel for changeup. Excellent student. Verbal commitment to Odessa College.
