Ryan Glass is a 2017 1B/RHP, 3B with a 6-4 205 lb. frame from Mableton, GA who attends Woodward Academy. Large frame with long limbs, broad shoulders and present strength. Frame projects to support additional strength. Ran a 6.80 sixty-yard dash. Primary first baseman with high energy footwork while centering the baseball. Clean glove actions while funneling the baseball out front. Smooth feet while pivoting to throw to second base and while working around the bag. Released from a three-quarters arm slot producing accurate carry across the infield, topped at 86 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a tall, slightly open stance and simple front side trigger. Generates some shift into contact with rotational lower half actions. Loose path to contact with smooth natural leverage through extension. Turns the barrel aggresively to contact and creates very hard, loud contact to the pull side gap. Consistently drove the baseball with authority including a homerun to deep left field in game play.
