Christian Webb is a 2019 C/SS with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Decatur, GA who attends Tucker HS. Recorded a 6.53 second 60-yard dash time. Athletic frame with lots of twitch and some present strength too. Primary catcher with a very quick arm and gets on top well. Solid arm strength recorded up to 81 mph with a best pop time of 1.92 seconds. Quick mechanics and actions with a bit of a longer arm stroke. Arm strength and athleticism also plays well from the infield where he plays a good shortstop. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and a big leg lift trigger into the swing. Shifts his lower half well and looks to life the ball with present bat speed and some loft to the plane. Good student. Named to the 2018 Sunshine Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
