Luke Drummond is a 2017 RHP with a 6-4 195 lb. frame from Temple Terrace, FL who attends King HS. Long and lanky athletic build, projects well physically. Compact arm circle in back, multi-piece delivery with good use of his lower half to generate power, hides the ball well and has deception, high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 88 mph, good arm side running action with some downhill angle, shows fastball command and does a good job of maintaining velocity. Curveball has big deep break and 11/5 downer shape to it. Rare change flashed some sink and fade and should be able to be developed. Nice fast arm from an athletic body and delivery. Very good student.
