Lennox Rivera is a 2018 1B/OF with a 6-1 215 lb. frame from Irving, TX who attends Ranchview HS. Large broad shouldered build with good present strength, pretty mature physically. Right handed hitter, slightly open stance, drifts onto his front side to time his swing, short swing with an inside swing path, can work to get the barrel out and extended more often, has some quickness in his hands and the strength to drive the ball with adjustments, best contact up the middle, showed good plate awareness and vision in games. Looked comfortable at first base defensively with sound fundamental footwork and some one spot agility. Good student.
