Brendan Cellucci is a 2017 LHP with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Wyncote, PA who attends William Penn Charter HS. Very good pitcher's build, young look and very projectable. Multi-piece delivery with lots of moving parts but stays fluid, has some deception, mid 3/4's arm slot, arm works well and the ball comes out easily. Fastball topped out at 87 mph, plenty more velocity there with physical maturity, fastball is pretty straight right now and will need to learn some movement. Sweeping breaking ball has tight spin at times and good depth, promising pitch. May take some time to develop but the tools are there. Good student, verbal commitment to Miami.
