Mike Schreiber is a 2019 RHP/OF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Rancho Santa Fe, CA who attends Torrey Pines HS. Solid athletic build with good present strength. Good tempo to his delivery, gets downhill well from a high 3/4's arm slot, low effort at release, stays on time with his delivery well and repeats his mechanics. Fastball topped at 85 mph, maintained his velocity well, throws a heavy fastball and is effective down in the strike zone, will cut his fastball at 81 mph at times. 70 mph curveball shows some 11/5 depth and good spin, also flashed a nice change up with good arm speed. Throws strikes with all his pitches and has a solid four-pitch mix. Left handed hitter, has some strength driven bat speed from a crouched stance, mid field to pull side contact, has some leverage and lift out front. Excellent student.
