Braedon Karpathios is a 2021 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Willow Street, PA who attends Lampeter-Strasburg HS. Recorded a 8.39 60-yard dash. Slender frame with wiry strength and room to add more. Primary pitcher with an easy and balanced delivery. Leg lift above the belt and delivered from a loose three-quarter arm slot. Creates good extension out in front and attacks the strike zone. Good control of fastball and changeup. Advanced feel to spin and can manipulate the shape of the breaking ball; flashed arm side run on the fastball. Quick feet from the outfield with accurate throws. Very clean fielder who moves well. High hand set and an open stance at the plate. Even swing plane with a well timed weight transfer. Projectable bat with a feel for contact and barrel control. Worked well with line drives to the pull side of the plate and was very consistent. Great student.
