Trent McMullen is a 2017 1B with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Omaha, NE who attends Montessori International School Of The Plains. Big physical build, very strong for a sophomore. Right handed hitter, limited shift and will occasionally stride backwards, inside swing path with focus on right centerfield contact, has the strength and raw bat speed to open up his swing for pull power and flashed it, ball comes off the barrel hard when squared, chance to develop big power with adjustments and time. Good arm action and arm strength at first base, moves well and has solid defensive fundamentals. Very good student.
