Ethan Anderson is a 2019 C/RHP/3B with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Woodstock, GA who attends River Ridge HS. Long and lean athletic body, lots of physical projection remaining. Right handed hitter, big drift/shift into contact, momentum driven swing, hanging leg lift load, rotational upper body swing, power approach with lots of timing variables, flashes the lift. 6.54 runner, plays both catcher and the outfield, future is probably best behind the plate despite the speed, has athletic actions behind the plate, has consistent footwork and shifting ability, good arm strength with accurate throws. Also pitched, has a good pitcher's body, gets turned well in his delivery, high 3/4's arm slot with good angle, works best from the stretch. Fastball topped out at 88 mph, has been up to 91 mph in the past, good cutting action on his fastball. Soft slider for strikes. Very good all around athlete who should keep improving. Good student.
