Jake Porter is a 2021 MIF/OF with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Kennesaw, GA who attends Dominion Christian HS. Recorded a 7.46 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with a compact build and room to add strength. Primary middle infielder with athleticism and bounce on the infield. Clean gather out in front and stays behind the baseball well. Solid accuracy with a quick release and good feel. Arm strength plays from secondary position of the outfield with throws recorded up to 78 mph into the infield. Righthanded hitter with a narrow start, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Leverage to the stroke with some power to the pull side at times. Linear stroke with feel for contact. Great student.
